Having beaten stage two cervical cancer months after giving birth to a baby boy in 2021, Melissa Saint thought her whole life was still ahead of her.
At the beginning of this year, the Adelaide-based businesswoman, 35, was wrapped in a “love bubble” with her now-two-year-old toddler Edward, and partner Matthew Giannoni, a 31-year-old refrigeration mechanic.
