There are many different presentations of tremor – there’s rest tremor, occurring at rest, easing on movement, worsening if anxious, and most common in Parkinson’s disease.
There’s kinetic/action tremor, which occurs on movement, and postural tremor, which occurs when maintaining position such as reaching out an arm. There’s intention tremor, triggered by intentionally moving a limb, and task specific tremor, which can be triggered by an activity like writing.
