short while ago I wrote a feature for AP on the importance of snapshot photography in social history. It led me to a couple of thoughts. The first was that it’s not just snappers with simple cameras who take snapshots. Professionals take them too when they shoot pictures that are more about social history than creating artistic masterpieces.
