First Castle for scrap

A former Great Western Railway Castle High Speed Train is to be scrapped in the near future to provide spares for HSTs in use with other operators.

Angel Trains has made both its GWR and CrossCountry Class 43 power cars and Mk.3 coaches available for disposal on its website. A source told in mid-May that discussions were being held regarding the future of various vehicles.
