EVs are not usually associated with high performance motoring. Virtuous but dull is a more common perception.
However there is no reason why electricity can’t deliver just as many thrills, and pointy end performance, as petrol. The old petrol-power adage, though, applies also to EVs: “Performance costs money. How fast do you want to go?”
