PATTERN NOTES
This three-wedge shawl is worked back and forth in a lace pattern from the top down. Starting with a garter stitch tab, the stitches are set for the three wedges, the three-stitch selvedge edges and the two spine stitches. The main body of each of the three triangles encompasses decorative lace motifs that are flanked by stocking stitch. In the final shawl edging, the lace pattern is worked without the plain stocking stitch to give an elaborate result.
