Lovely shrubbery

Australian gardeners are very familiar with the iconic bottlebrushes, those tough and adaptable native plants that survive and often thrive under a wide range of soils and different environmental conditions.

Perhaps much less familiar is one of their close relatives, the genus Kunzea, perhaps because none of its species has a catchy common name like that of bottlebrush.
