Eat well for less

Tempting as it is to fill your freezer with summer treats, such as ice cream and easy picnic food, you’ll put the space to better use – and save money – by adding fruit, veg and other nourishing foods. This is especially true of products that are cheaper and more nutritious when frozen, such as berries, broccoli and beans.
