Memoir maps 10 Comrades Marathons

Running To Finish

RESHMA Sookrajh has written her memoir, titled Running To Finish, to commemorate 10 years of running the Comrades Marathon.

The 66-year-old mother of three and retired honorary professor in Education at the School of Educational Studies at the University of KwaZulu-Natal is formerly from Kharwastan. She now lives with her husband and son in Westville.

The memoir centres on Sookrajh’s experiences during the Comrades.

While growing up in Cato Manor, Sookrajh discovered her love for running.
