Chewy and chocolatey, these addictive biscuits taste just like a Bounty bar.

• 1 egg white
• 45g caster sugar
• 1tsp almond extract
• 100g desiccated coconut
• 45g dark chocolate, melted
Heat the oven to 140C Fan/ Gas 3. Whisk the egg white until justtogether. Fold in the coconut.
