Unexpectedly coming into the world, it was clear that mother and father duo Landen Hiott and Albert ‘Al’ Stauch had a fighter on their hands.
Born prematurely on 29 September 2008 weighing a tiny 1lb 6oz, their son Gannon Stauch was a bundle of joy.
Overcoming a premature birth and growing into an active little boy who enjoyed adventures with his family, he became a great big brother to his little sister.
And despite his parents getting a divorce in 2015, with Al moving to Colorado Springs, Gannon remained an affectionate boy, who his parents nicknamed ‘Bubba’.
Known to have ‘a smile that just brightens up the room’, Gannon continued life as any normal child his age.
