Two fingers above your eyebrows. This protects your forehead if you fall.  V shape strap around  One finger space between your chin and the chin strap. The chin strap prevents the helmet sliding forwards and backwards on your head.  Do the helmet salute every time before you set off on a cycle, no matter how short. Shake your head to make sure the helmet is not loose.
