Places like Austria, where I live, are open for any kind of development aid that top countries and leagues can afford. I’m not talking about financial aid but why not play some of the Autumn Nations Tests outside the usual countries?

Why not send some top league teams to training camps abroad where they could provide some urgently needed insight into a professional rugby environment, including training sessions with local teams who’d otherwise never get the chance to meet their heroes? And if it’s not the pro team, send
