Off-road caravans usually have a foldout bed, but then you have caravans like the Armadillo XTR312 that sleeps two, with the bed occupying a large part of the interior. Some campers prefer this as it's to some extent safer as your cocoon isn't made of canvas but of solid panels.
The XTR312 also has a few unique features that make life even easier in the campsite, such as the two gas cylinders and separate stove. Even the shower tent with its double sides is a convenience that you won't see on many other offroad caravans.
