Time to hit the road

Before a recent getaway, I purchased the October-November 2022 and December 2022-January 2023 issues of Drive & Camp to read during our trip. But I didn’t take any blank paper with me and ended up using the pages of your magazines for notes.

It was January, and schools had just reopened. For my wife Tracy and me, that meant it was time to hit the road. We embarked on a five-day journey,or 250 km from home. Dusty roads, rivers, mountains, sun, sea and, most importantly: no cellphone signal. Also, we’d be self-sufficient.
