WEIGHT SUGGESTION

WHEN watching the Badminton cross-country in wet, sticky conditions, making it hard to be within the time, it occurred to me that the diminutive Ros Canter - riding Lordships Graffalo - had an advantage over horses with taller and heavier riders.

I wonder if the authorities would again consider insisting on a minimum weight to be carried in three-phase cross-country
