Surrounded by countryside and woodland, Apple Acres is an adult-only campsite offering just 10 hardstanding pitches, with access to electric hook-up. Wildlife can often be spotted in the adjacent woodland and to the north and south sides are apple orchards. Facilities on site include toilets, showers and a dishwashing area. A pub is a 20-minute walk and a bus stop is five minutes away.
Two miles from site is Tonbridge Castle, and also Haysden Country Park. This nature reserve includes a range of habitats, such as grassland, woodland and lakes.
Penshurst Place, a stately home with 11 acres of formal gardens and parkland, and a toy museum, is four miles away.
