Malware in fake ads for AnyDesk
What’s the threat?
Hackers have infiltrated Google’s search results to show fake adverts for the remote-access software AnyDesk. Clicking the advert takes you to a page where downloading the program installs malware called Lobshot that criminals can use to remotely access your PC without you realising.
