GOTH GLAM
Thanks to Netflix’s hit show Wednesday, the soft goth movement has entered the beauty sphere and shows no signs of slowing down. Whether oozing punk nostalgia or vampy glamour – think racoon eyes paired with polished skin and natural lips for a chic finish that looks luxurious while still rock ‘n’ roll. The runways showcased plenty of grungy, smoky eyes as well as deep cherry lacquered lips, which offered a glass-like shine that was both punky and polished.
GET THE LOOK
■ Start with a buildable foundation.
■ Add a neutral colour to create a little contour to hollow out the cheeks, which can help achieve that slightly sunken look.
■ For the eyes, create a diffused look that’s not too precise by using a pigmented black eyeliner then blending it out with your finger. Finish off with a few coats of mascara.
