Frank Phillips, a two-time Australian Open Champion and one of this country’s greatest-ever PGA professionals recently passed away. He was 90.
He died at a nursing home in Bowral where he has spent the past few years, not far from where he was born and raised at Moss Vale in the NSW southern highlands.
