Elliot Payne/Tom Woodburn proved to be the stars of the show as they took a start-to-finish win on the Border Counties Rally in their Ford Fiesta Rally2. With a revised set-up on his car working well, Payne was fastest on five of the seven special stages and controlled the event to take his second-successive victory on the event.
