TOM’S JAGUAR JOURNEY
“I believe my love affair with the Jaguar marque began in the mid 1950s when walking to school and seeing two XK120 Roadsters parked on the street, they were so very different to the contemporary large, heavy American cars and just so sleek and stylish. Knowing that they came all the way over from England across the Atlantic Ocean just added even more intrigue to them!
However, not until the early 1960s did I really start to pursue an example of my own. At the time, I was a partner in a mens’ gym, having always been very physically fit and health conscious. Surrounding our place of business there were a lot of new and used car dealerships and on day I spotted a beautiful Old English White XK150 Drophead coupe for sale.
