My Neighbor Felix, the popular pan-Mexican restaurant and bar from Lotus Concepts with outposts in LoHi and Boulder, opened its third location just off I-25 in Centennial in March—and it’s been absolutely bustling and packed ever since.

This despite its expanse. Thecreated by Ático Decoración in San Miguel de Allende, a two-story faux greenery wall installation by Lalé Florals, Aztec and Mayan motif touches, a glowing red neon “Muy Yum” sign, and a towering central bar stocked with more than a hundred tequilas and mezcals create an atmosphere that’s both sophisticated yet unpretentious, lively, and fun.
