Paint three-quarters of cupboards in a hero shade for a contemporary look

My problem kitchen
The old white gloss kitchen had discoloured over the last 12 years. Bits of the cupboards were broken, the veneer was peeling off and the worktop looked shabby. I wanted a space that reflected my personality.
How I made it work
The cupboards were fine inside,and added washi tape to some of the walls to create fun pattern. I finished, the look with lots of colourful kitchenware from the high street.
