ENERGY is the ability to perform a task. It can also be seen as the power that enables action or movement. If you look at the world around you, you can see the effects of energy everywhere. Plants use the sun’s energy to grow. Cars use petrol (chemical energy) to drive from one place to another. Even as you’re reading these words, your body is using the food you ate to move and breathe!
