Remembering Con From Greengrocer

MANY IN THE CYCLING community knew or knew of Con Toparis, the colourful proprietor of Greengrocer Cycling, a popular bike shop and gourmet cafe in Goulburn. Known simply as Con, the passionate cyclist left Greengrocer mid-morning on Saturday February 18 for a local ride. Tragically he didn’t return.

Early that afternoon Goulburn police reported a 57-year-old local man had died following a crash between a motorbike and cyclist some 50 metres south of the Marys Mount
