A satisfying end to the show season

NATIVE HARDBILLS

AS I write, I have recently returned from the Eastern Federation show at Risby, Suffolk. There I had the pleasure of judging the champion hardbills.

As usual, the biggest classes were the greenfinches and redpolls.
