Lambrettas down under The Australia story, part one

For any company to survive it needs to continually explore new markets and exporting to other countries is one of the most obvious ways to do that. Even by 1949 it was clear that both the Lambretta and Vespa would be a massive success and both companies ramped up production at their factories in Italy. Europe was the main target for Innocenti, and history has proven that the UK would become the most significant market outside of Italy for the Lambretta.
