Your recent Know-how guide to caravan security (issue 462) suggested that palisade fencing gave the best protection. While it is of course very secure, I believe this type of fencing can still be got through if thieves are determined enough.

In my opinion, you only need a few items and you can sometimes make a gap in a palisade fence big enough to step through in a few minutes.
