I have always wanted an MGB,” “says Callum Barton, as he I steps back to admire his very late model GT. “When I was eight years old, my granddad passed away and his collection of model cars was passed on. I came into possession of a 1:16 scale model of a red 1968 MGB GT. Since acquiring the model I have been set on owning an MGB.”

From the date of his granddad’s passing to the present day, that MGB model has sat on the window ledge of Callum’s childhood bedroom. It was there every time he looked outside, imagining that one day he’d have the real thing on the driveway. 14 years
