SCHEEPJES STYLE
Yarn company Scheepjes is looking to inspire us this spring with a raft of new patterns and knitting ideas. The latest edition of its YARN Bookazine, no. 15, is called Metamorphosis, and is filled with knitting and crochet projects inspired by the transformations made by butterflies and other insects.
Designs include a large lace shawl by Anniken Allis which showcases the long colour changes of Whirligig yarn. ‘Change It Up’ is a colourwork sweater by Dario Tubiana, and ‘Spread Your Wings’ is an airy twinset with lace details designed by Chloé Elizabeth Birch.
Scheepjes has also added new pattern booklets to its series, and our favourites include the unisex, striped ‘Seascape Cardigan’ (no. 120), the double-knit ‘Dually Beanie
