Calliope Calliope is a publishing app seeking to create ‘interactive, illustrated fiction’ – weekly short stories, flash fictions, novellas, every instalment introduced by a vibrant and interactive animation. It’s currently open to submissions of ‘high fantasy, operatic sci-fi, heart-stopping action.’ Submit short stories in any type of genre fiction, 2,000 to 4,000 words, flash fiction 100 to 1,000 words. All work will be published through the app as well as the social media sites. Payment: US$0.05 per word for ‘Exclusive First World Rights.’
