Serves 4 Takes 25-35 minutes

INGREDIENTS

• 2 x 400g tins chickpeas, drained
• 2 tsp frozen chopped garlic
• 115g/4¼oz frozen chopped onions
• 2 tsp ground coriander
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• A large handful fresh coriander, finely chopped
• A large handful fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 3 tbsp plain flour
• 1 tsp salt
• Freshly ground black pepper

To serve

• Hummus, pitta
