Americas will be on view this spring at the Harvard Art Museums in “From the Andes to the Caribbean: American Art from the Spanish Empire.” The exhibition features 26 paintings from the Carl & Marilynn Thoma Foundation, which is the U.S.’s premier private collection of South American and-19 centuries.
