‘Our boutique vineyard has given us a sparkling new career’

Winemaking is a compelling industry; the more you educate yourself about wine, the more interesting it becomes,’ say Joe Beckett and Rebecca Dancer. Joe, who was once a semi-professional rugby player, and Rebecca, a former musician, are now two of the youngest vineyard owners in the country. ‘We were pulled in by making sparkling wine and now we’re very interested in all styles of wine,’ says Joe.
