BUILD A HOT ROD 36HP ENGINE V1.0 PART3

Our custom-made 80mm forged pistons were inspected, checked for balance, and the ring gaps checked in the Wolfsburg West customized cylinders. The cylinders start out as Pre-A 356 Porsche and are modified to fit the 36HP case.

At this time, the piston pins were tested in the rod bushings to ensure a nice push-through fit. With a light coat of engine oil, the pin should push easily through the piston and rod bushing. Ours were well done.
