Return of the Run

Long-term VW show fans will be pleased to hear that Run To The Sun (RTTS) is back!

After a 10-year sabbatical, it’ll be just like the good old days, with the same sort of vibe, top headline acts and a focus on the cars that helped shape the original event.

Organiser, Andreas Christopheros, explains: “We’ve taken steps to prevent too many modern vehicles attending, so those tickets are limited, whilst we focus on the preferred classes of pre-1980 custom cars, pre-’80 classics, pre-’80’s hot rods and air-cooled VWs.”

RTTS will start with the traditional cruise(s), setting off on Saturday morning, one from the Midlands and one from the south east. These will meet at Bristol and then head to Newquay, led by the team at The Old Dub Shop.
