Living most of her childhood in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Heidi Broussard, 33, was determined to create a fresh start.
Taking her love for music, singing and dancing, as well as a real soft spot for animals, with her to Austin, Texas, after graduating from high school in 2004, Heidi’s passion for supporting others was clear to see.
Working mostly as a waitress in the local chain Cracker Barrel, the community could see that Heidi’s spirit brightened every room – and this was something that came naturally to her in motherhood, too.
