Sustainable diet awareness

esearch has shown us that at least 30 per cent of the environmental impacts humans generate come from the food we eat. For a new study, researchers surveyed young British adults. Subjects were asked questions about their understanding of what a sustainable diet is and their willingness to make changes. The UN defines a sustainable diet as one that has a low environmental reader you are aware of the impact of food choices but not everyone will be. It points to a need to promote greater awareness of how eating habits can help the planet.
