⅓ cup (76 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup (100 grams) granulated sugar
3 tablespoons (42 grams) firmly packed light brown sugar*
2 large eggs (100 grams), room temperature
4 teaspoons (24 grams) vanilla bean paste, divided
1½ cups (188 grams) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon (5 grams) baking powder
¾ teaspoon (2.25 grams) kosher salt
¼ teaspoon (1.25 grams) baking soda
½ cup (120 grams) plus 2 tablespoons (30 grams) whole milk, divided
⅓ cup (30 grams) rainbow sprinkles*
Confetti Streusel (recipe follows)
1 cup (120 grams) confectioners’ sugar
1 tablespoon (14 grams) unsalted butter, melted
