MGM Healthcare is a fledgling four years old. What did it take you to make it successful in so short a time?
We started by hand-picking excellent clinicians to create dynamic teams, resulting in many firsts to our credit. Today, MGM Healthcare runs the country’s largest heart and lung transplant programme within two years of the launch of the hospital. We are again the first ones not only in India, but also South Asia to have done solid organ transplant across the spectrum of specialities within the first year of starting the hospital.
