Leisure Painter

Painting project

Learning objectives

In part one of this pastel pencil project last month, I demonstrated how to draw the outline of our beautiful model, Randall, using the grid method. You also created a basic blue background. This month, I am going to show you how to paint his lovely fur and features so you end up with a portrait you can be proud of.

I have filmed videos to accompany this article which can be found on my website www.tamingwildlife.com by clicking on the Leisure Painter tab on the home page.
