IT takes a lot to throw Chip Taylor off course. Grounded by the pandemic, the 80-year-old New Yorker simply settled in and recorded no less than. A sprawling double opus, , landed in 2021, cut remotely with longtime guitarist John Platania and co-producer/multi-instrumentalist Goran Grini in Norway. The arrival of , another epic double, comes after Taylor’s recent announcement that he was cancelling dates in Scandinavia because of treatment for throat cancer.
