Convert your garage and you can unlock a valuable piece of real estate in your home. If it isn’t being used for your car, or is just for storage over spill, it has the potential to be part of a ground-floor transformation instead. This once bare and basic space could become an extra zone in an open-plan scheme, or be a separate room that’ll act as a home office, snug, gym, media room…or any other purpose you can think of.
