I’ve been English Heritage’s curatorial director for just over 10 years. I am a medievalist by training. I studied English at Bristol, which sparked my interest in the Middle Ages after I discovered a love of 14th-century poetry; particularly that of Gawain. My own expertise is in medieval stained glass.
