My fling with a movie star

MY nascent efforts to take the Lightweight back to its former canvas-backed glory are stalling, hardly encouraged by this recent cold snap. However, it could be the solution to a new interior damp menace – a mysterious excess of condensation.

This has materialised after having all the leaks in the hardtop sealed up, and is not something I recall having been an issue before. It’s not only the cold drips that fall unpleasantly upon me. In the rear, it soaks the blanket reserved for my knees during long drives in the winter months and, on occasion, pools into puddles.
