I gave my sister THREE BABIES

I once heard the saying, ‘Sisters by blood but friends by choice,’ and that really couldn’t be more true of me and my younger sister Maggie. Just 13 months between us, we did everything together as children. We’d spend hours in the garden playing football or volleyball, and were each other’s biggest fans, cheering each other on in dance productions. And as we got older our bond only deepened. When we both moved out, we each started working as teaching assistants for children with special educational needs. We spoke on the phone daily and met up most weekends.
