TYPES OF RICE
There are so many different and delicious types of rice out in the world. Here are the ones we turn to often in the kitchen and how we like to use them.
1. SUSHI RICE
Originating in northeast Asia, sushi (or japonica) rice is now grown extensively in the United States. These plump, short or medum grains cook up fluffy, chewy, and a little sticky.
Use it: in sushi, bibimbap, and Arroz con Tocino (February/March 2023)
