What do you want first: the good news or the bad? The good? Well, here you go then: penises have grown in length by a quarter in the past 30 years. Whoop! No more magnifying glasses and gently reassuring him that size doesn’t matter, ladies.
Aah, but the bad news will leave you (and him) feeling slightly limp.
Because while Stanford University researchers in the USA found the average erect penis jumped 25% in length from 1992 to 2021 – from 4.8in to 6in – it’s mostly down to men becoming lazier, less active, fatter and more exposed to endocrine-disrupting chemicals. Oh dear.
