Putting the “ooh” in Uluwatu

n all-villa resort perched atop limestone cliffs in the Uluwatu area, Jumeirah Bali has added an experienced wellness therapist from Australia, Paula Choi, to its team. In her role as in-house wellness consultant, Choi has curated a comprehensive program of land- and water-based activities that include private and group yoga, tai chi, sessions, complimentary weekly wellness talks, and private consultations. She is a certified acupuncturist with a degree from Sydney’s University of Technology and has over the years broadened her scope of practice to qualify as an aquatic bodyworker and hatha yoga instructor. Additionally, guests can sign up for one of her DIY acupressure workshops to learn a natural and effective way to manage chronic pain, tension, and circulation imbalances.
